Works in the Senior Management department and is considered the backbone of the group. He left his studies in the second semester of first year high school with 62% for health and family reasons to focus on his professional career.
An expert in technology—specifically cybersecurity, programming, and other fields—since 2018, and in commerce and marketing since 2024. He leads the group's strategic vision to achieve its mission and goals and is fully responsible for its outcomes, makes major decisions, and attracts major clients from merchants, establishments, and government entities.
He has held the aforementioned positions since the group's founding and is distinguished by broad experience across all its departments thanks to having started as a freelancer without capital, relying on his experience and self-learning, which granted him those experiences; he continues to develop and does not settle for a fixed level of learning.

Nasser bin Mohammed Al Mubarak AL-Shahrani

Legal Owner of the Group

Father of the CEO and considered the legal owner of the group and all of its records, documents, and government commercial rights, without assuming any executive or administrative duties.
He rarely participates in administrative decisions but is responsible for signing with government entities and banks as legal representative and for their accreditation with them, ensuring protection of legal and financial interests.
He did not complete his education but worked in the military sector then the private sector with a multi-activity professional career, and has field and military experience spanning approximately 60 years, giving him a broad vision and deep understanding in guiding organizational and strategic business.

Assistant and EVP, Bachelor's graduate in Computer Information Systems (CIS) (2025) from Al-Baha University with technical, analytical, and field experience.
She supports the CEO in organizing and managing the group's major business affairs, monitoring project and task execution, coordinating with different teams and departments, ensuring workflow and resolving operational issues, communicating with clients and partners, representing the group at official meetings, preparing periodic reports, strategies, plans, studies, policies, and budgets and approving them to ensure achievement of the group's strategic and organizational goals according to its approved policies.
She relies on her technical and analytical experience including app development, database management, UI design, data analysis, and cybersecurity to improve and enhance workflow efficiency and make well-considered executive decisions that reinforce business continuity and institutional performance quality.

Munair bint Mishal AL-Abdali

She oversees organizing operations, monitoring task execution, and ensuring integration of operational, technical, and academic aspects to serve the group's strategic goals. She contributes to planning, time and resource management, improving workflow efficiency, coordinating with employees, departments, and stakeholders, and representing the group in relevant meetings.
She excels in monitoring operational and technical issues, analyzing them, and making executive decisions that support business continuity and institutional performance quality according to approved policies and standards.

She leads the Research Department with an analytical mindset, with direct responsibility for steering its outputs and ensuring their quality and impact on the group's strategic directions and its affiliated brands.
She sets research priorities and topics based on data analysis and trends, supervises output quality before approval and publication, and applies appropriate tools to enhance research and analysis efficiency. She monitors performance to extract opportunities and risks and make strategic decisions that support the department's growth and sustainability of its results, in coordination with relevant staff and departments, with full commitment to institutional standards and output quality.

He gained his experience working at several major organizations including SABIC and King Khalid University, and demonstrated his creative ability through tangible achievements across multiple areas, including managing massive design projects that exceeded 230 tasks in one project, direct contribution to building an integrated internal production ecosystem, attention to the technical side especially networks and web development, and obtaining professional certifications such as MCITP, CCNA, and CCNP.
His work style is characterized by institutional precision and creative discipline, and his skills extend to project management, coordination with external parties, and ensuring alignment with visual identity standards in every output, making him a key pillar in strengthening the group's visual presence and its affiliated brands across platforms and channels.

His responsibilities included: managing, organizing, and developing business, communicating with some clients and partners, attending meetings to close deals and sales and contracts, contributing to strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving. He fulfilled the assigned tasks within the scope of the position's responsibilities during his tenure with the group, and his contract was terminated by mutual consent between both parties.
